Grover Loudermilk, PLLC Welcomes Experienced Litigator Daniel A. Cook to Team

The legal team of Grover Loudermilk, PLLC has once again expanded with the addition of attorney Daniel A. Cook to the firm in 2021. Daniel began his career as an attorney working for a boutique civil litigation firm in East Texas. In that capacity, he had the opportunity to gain a wealth of courtroom experience in a variety of practice areas ranging from personal injury to business to probate. Daniel has tried numerous cases as lead counsel and argued at the appellate level in courts across Texas.

Daniel’s extensive litigation experience now accrues to the benefit of Grover Loudermilk’s clients in the areas of probate, trust, and estate litigation. Daniel is sensitive to the effect of litigation on family relationships in these matters. He pairs meticulous preparation of each case with a cordial, creative approach to dispute resolution. His goal is to achieve not only his clients’ financial and legal objectives but to minimize strain to personal relationships whenever possible. Every action Daniel takes in the course of the litigation process is calculated with his clients’ larger goals in mind.
