Attorneys Mike Grover and Bob Loudermilk Join Forces in the Fort Worth Law Firm of Grover Loudermilk, PLLC
December 12th, 2019
Attorneys Mike Grover and Bob Loudermilk are proud to announce establishment of the law firm of Grover Loudermilk, PLLC, in Fort Worth. Formation of the firm continues the long-standing dedication of the co-founders to providing exceptional quality legal services to clients throughout Tarrant County, as well as DFW and surrounding counties in north Texas, with a primary focus on matters relating to Texas probate and estates.
The Genesis of a Law Firm with a Commitment to the Intricacies of Texas Probate Law
Mike and Bob first crossed paths at Tarrant County Probate Court No. 2, where they worked as staff attorneys. Bob was finishing his three-year tenure when Judge Pat Ferchill (now retired) hired Mike to replace him.
During their Court service, Bob and Mike developed a relationship that continued to develop after their time working together. Over the years, they talked often of opening a practice together. In 2019, all the pieces fell into place. The law firm officially opened for business in August.
Co-Founding Attorneys Who Share Uncommon Credentials and Experience
Bob Loudermilk and Mike Grover have more in common than their passion for Texas probate law. The co-founders of the firm have strikingly similar backgrounds.
Mike and Bob both are lifelong residents of Tarrant County with a strong commitment to the community where they work and live. Mike grew up in Colleyville. Bob’s home has always been in Fort Worth. Both attorneys are Eagle Scouts.
Each one spent several years in private practice in Tarrant County immediately after law school, then left private practice to work at the Probate Court for three years. On completion of the Court service, each attorney returned to private practice.
In their respective individual practices, Bob and Mike focused on both court-based and transactional probate and estate work. In court matters, both lawyers have strong records of success handling all types of cases, including those involving extremely complex legal issues. Each one has a solid reputation for being adept at handling contested estates and guardianships, complicated probates, and other high-level legal issues. Those skills differentiate them from other lawyers who have a similar practice focus but handle only transactional matters.
In establishing Grover Loudermilk, Mike and Bob combine their knowledge and experience to offer an exceptional breadth and depth of probate and estate services to clients. Their work in Tarrant County Probate Court No. 2 and their many years in private practice provide them with a singular perspective for courtroom-based and transactional matters. Their accomplishments in sophisticated legal matters demonstrate the full range of their skills.
Because of the unique credentials, courtroom experience, and long-established practice focus of the co-founders, many clients come to the firm through referrals of other attorneys. Clients include individuals as well as corporate and professional fiduciaries.
